I just found a link to this site where you can find 7 mp3 audio files packed with good advice and available to download free of charge from South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
Check out the advice that goes with them, but they would be very useful revision for anyone who has done a first aid course (like myself) and finds it a bit of a struggle to remember what to actually do a few months on – after all, first aid is something very few of us will actually have to call on!
They’d also be useful for bike instructors and anyone who gets involved in ride outs.
They’re completely free and they also encourage you to distribute them (obviously not commercially though!).
